How do i change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
All items are handcrafted and require 3-5 business days for completion. Customers can make changes to their order for free within 24 hours of purchase.

How to I get the protective film off?
We recommend you to hold it under running water and then gently scrub of the protective film.
DO NOT get the wooden stand under water.
