Are your products made of glass?

No, our lamps our made out of ABS plastic and aren't prone to breaking.

Our Light up my world lamp however has a wooden base component.

Do the lamps heat up when turned on?

All of our lamps and designs are very efficient and produce little to no heat what makes them completely safe for your children and pets.

Do I need to purchase batteries for your products?

No, you won’t need batteries for the Light Up My World 3D Lamp; it’s a plug-in lamp.

Who designs my 3d lamp?

Our team of professional designers will create a custom design just for your 3D lamp, ensuring it perfectly matches your vision and preferences.

We work closely with your image to incorporate your ideas and provide a unique, personalized touch that makes your lamp truly special.

How do i get the protective film off?

We recommend you to hold it under running water and then gently scrub of the protective film.

DO NOT get the wooden stand under water.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes, by default we offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If for any reason your product stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
